Blue Tang Travel Premium is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to be charged the annual fee (plus any applicable taxes) using the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, please contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
3. Disclaimer of Accuracy (Safety & Pricing)
Blue Tang Travel provides flight deals and safety information for informational purposes only.
- Flight Prices: Prices change rapidly. We cannot guarantee that a deal will still be available when you attempt to book. All bookings are made on third-party websites (airlines, OTAs); we do not process flight bookings directly.
- Safety Ratings: Our destination safety ratings are sourced from the U.S. State Department. These ratings are subject to change and should not be the sole factor in your travel decisions. Travelers are responsible for their own safety and should check official sources before traveling.
4. AI Trip Matcher
Our AI Trip Matcher uses large language models (Google Gemini) to analyze your preferences. While we strive for accuracy, results may be experimental or include inaccuracies. Users should verify details before making travel plans.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of Blue Tang Travel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our service, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blue Tang Travel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, injuries, or financial loss related to flight bookings or destination travel.
